This project began with the redesign of their website to focus more on the luxury apartment homes than lifestyle images and 3D renderings more suited to the earlier construction phase of development. Pages were redesigned to include more search engine optimized text content alongside the improved focus on stunning interior and exterior photos. An interactive map was also developed to be displayed on a large touch panel in the leasing office displaying available units and pricing among other features. Gradually the scope of work expanded to all the creative and marketing needs of the property, including re-designing building signage, sell sheets, PPC ads, display ads, retargeting ads, social media and SEO.
